Job Title: Business Analyst (Excel/Visio/lucid charts/RACI) /Subscription Renewal Specialist

Duration: 3 Months- Contract

Location: San Jose, California, United States

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented business process project specialist to support our Renewals Operations team. This 3-month project provides a great chance to connect business outcomes with goals. You will work with cross-functional teams to document business processes and promote operational enhancements.

Experience - 0 to 1 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update process documents related to short-term renewals program.
• Develop and maintain the following:
• RACI Matrix
• Process Flowcharts
• Renewal Specialist Training Materials
• Partner-Facing Resources
• Order Booking and Line Closure Process Documentation
• Renewal Tracker
• Analyze signed contract to capture new or changing requirements.
• Identify and document opportunities for process efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for AI-based process automation.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Process oriented with drives to simplify and improve process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with Visio or Lucidchart is a plus.
• Familiarity with process documentation and tools like RACI and flowcharting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
