Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque. Position Overview The Principal BSA-Costing will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the Costing module in Shockwave's Oracle Cloud ERP platform. This position will own the documentation of functional requirements, integrations, and change control compliance for the Cost function of Oracle Cloud ERP. The role will participate in the design of the overall application architecture to support end to end processes that traverse multiple business applications. Essential Job Functions * Implement and configure Costing functions to align with Business needs. * Work closely with Supply chain team to ensure end to end cost management functions are set up for new projects. * Partner with the Finance Costing business teams and understand the business process and align system design accordingly. * Optimize costing functions in the system that increases the efficiency in the business process. * Coordinate the evaluation, scope, testing, approval and completion of new development requests. * Ability to collaborate with other business functions like Supply Chain, Sales, Customer * Ability to streamline cost accounting to support different business models like Intercompany, Drop shipments, Inter org transfers and consignment processes. * Work with Costing & FPA team to streamline system reports related to COGS, Inventory valuation, Variance analysis etc. Requirements * Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Computer / Software Engineering or equivalent preferred) * 10 years of experience working in an IT environment. * Majority of experience involves implementing cost management for different cost models- Standard /Average costing. * Strong background in Cost Management, Financial reporting and manufacturing processes. * Strong experience and understanding of Cost accounting concepts and principles. * Knowledge and understanding of Oracle Inventory, Manufacturing and Supply chain modules is a plus. * Oracle cost management certification is a huge plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities * Experience working in FDA regulated environments is desired. Additional Information: * The anticipated base pay for this position is $105,000-$169,050 annually. * The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
