Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with business objectives and ensures scalable, repeatable revenue growth.
- Own and optimize the revenue lifecycle, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and customer retention efforts. Will be responsible for full customer lifecycle.
- Define foundational Sales KPIs, leverage dashboards to track KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor revenue performance against forecasted targets, providing recommendations and corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections by analysing historical performance, pipeline data and deal qualification .
- Work closely with the finance team to create revenue forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Communicate with and influence leadership on a regular basis, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks, and dependencies. Translate and execute global initiatives to regional / local level, and drive alignment through partnerships with regional and cross functional teams.
- Identify & lead strategic projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization.
- Design and manage territory allocation to optimize sales team performance; Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations for territory adjustments.
- Challenge sales leadership status quo; drive positive and impactful change in the business from initiation of ideas, through to collaborative agreement, and detailed execution and change management.
- Must have a complete understanding of the business strategy and sales model for the region to ensure that the appropriate data and analytics support mechanisms are in place to drive business results.
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience leading strategy and operations in a tech company
- Problem solving and analytical skills, proficiency in solving complex and varied business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
- Experience leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Design, lead and execute analysis and effectively communicate insights.
- Experience thriving in a complex, ambiguous and fast-changing environment with agility to drive results through effective problem-solving collaboration and communication.
