Develop new referral sources while expanding the company's gross sales and growth. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers, to encourage repeat business and referral opportunities. Educate & advise clients as to their Rights and Responsibilities associated with the Claims process Oversee the shop's workflow system, and help ensure it is followed for correct sales goals & results.
