We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and implement innovative blockchain solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in blockchain protocols, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and related technologies. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and developers to create secure, efficient, and scalable blockchain-based applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain protocols.
Build, test, and deploy blockchain-based solutions using platforms like Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, or others.
Integrate blockchain systems with existing applications and backend infrastructures.
Write high-quality, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.
Conduct research on emerging blockchain technologies and propose innovative solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing blockchain applications.
Ensure security and compliance of blockchain solutions, including smart contract auditing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong programming experience in Solidity, Rust, Go, JavaScript, or Python.
Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals (consensus algorithms, cryptography, decentralization).
Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, Polkadot, or other blockchain platforms.
Knowledge of Web3.js, Ethers.js, Truffle, Hardhat, or similar frameworks/tools.
Familiarity with smart contract development and deployment on testnets and mainnets.
Experience with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum development practices.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Layer 2 solutions (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism).
Knowledge of NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) and DeFi protocols.
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS Blockchain Templates or Azure Blockchain Services.
Experience with IPFS, oracles (Chainlink), and cross-chain bridges.
Smart contract security auditing skills.
