Responsibilities: - Set up and operate bindery equipment such as cutting machines, folding machines, and stitching machines - Read job orders and blueprints to determine specifications and instructions - Adjust machine settings to ensure proper alignment, cutting depth, and folding accuracy - Monitor machine operation to detect any malfunctions or defects - Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance - Inspect finished products for quality control and make adjustments as necessary Experience: - Previous experience operating bindery equipment in a print advertising or similar environment - Familiarity with machining principles and CNC technology - Knowledge of layout design and typography - Ability to operate a forklift is a plus This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
