Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Operate and maintain bindery equipment, including folders, cutters, stitchers, perfect binders, and UV-coaters. Finishing Work: Perform tasks such as cutting, folding, scoring, perforating, stitching, and binding of printed materials. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and resolve any quality issues promptly. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Workflow Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety standards and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3+ years experience operating bindery or finishing equipment in a print production environment with digital or offset equipment.
