An internship with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is a form of experiential learning that integrates knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skills development in a professional setting.
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the Bike MS program. The ideal candidate will be a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for social media content creation, digital communication, and project coordination. This is a remote paid internship available for Summer 2025.
This Intern Would Preferably Be Based In Phoenix, AZ, But Can Also Be Remote Anywhere In The US. This Position Will Support The Following Bike MS Events

Bike MS: Bay to Bay

Key Responsibilities
As a Bike MS Intern, you will:
Develop and manage a Facebook content strategy for six Bike MS Facebook pages to enhance community engagement and outreach.- Build out individual editorial calendars for all six pages, ensuring alignment with the remaining campaign year.
- Design and produce creative and engaging Facebook posts, scheduling content ahead whenever possible to maintain a consistent presence.
- Coordinate the submission of web intake forms for all rides in the pod during the peak season, supporting development teams by streamlining processes.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to align on content needs and ensure timely delivery of accurate and relevant materials.
- Create and produce logistics meeting slide decks for five rides, supporting seamless event planning and execution.

- Strong visual design skills, particularly for creating slide decks and digital content.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities to coordinate with diverse teams.

The hourly rate for internships is $15, except when noted differently above OR where local minimum wage exceeds that figure, in which case the hourly rate will be the higher of the two.
