Job Description
New Bridge Foundation is named by Newsweek as one of America's "Best Addiction Treatment Centers". We are currently seeking a
full-time licensed clinical supervisor for our adult substance abuse residential treatment program. New Bridge Foundation’s mission is to provide individuals with the education, counseling, support and skills necessary to live productive and healthy lives without the use of drugs or alcohol.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Case management
- Staff supervision
- Supervision of SUD services
Required Experience:
- Experience in substance abuse treatment
- Understanding of co-occurring issues
- Individual and group counseling skills
- Excellent communication, charting and organizational skills·
- Experience working with culturally diverse individuals
- Experience supervising clinical staff
Qualifications:
- LMFT, LCSW or LPCC
- A minimum of (2) year experience in substance abuse treatment or a related field
- Computer skills
