As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll help children achieve life-changing milestones-like saying "I love you" for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. Why Join Caravel? * No experience required - we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) * Center-based - you have the support of and connection with other teammates and supervisory staff onsite. We Offer: * No RBT? $15.00 to $16.00 * Sign On Bonus $750. * Obtained your RBT?
