As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll help children achieve life-changing milestones-like saying "I love you" for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.

We Offer:
No RBT? $15.00 to $16.00
Sign On Bonus $750.
Obtained your RBT? Start at $16.00 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $19.50 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
Pay based on experience, education, and performance

What We're Looking For:
18+ years old required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong work ethic
Comfortable playing with children
Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
