Missions of a Project Manager:


  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring timely execution.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to align expectations and ensure satisfaction.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project continuity.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize costs.
  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and success.


Required Profile:


  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in all experience and 5 years in project management, preferably in IT, digital transformation, and banking .
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, with proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
