As our Performance Marketing Executive, you'll play a vital role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns to ensure our clients’ success in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
- Conduct thorough audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitive analysis to shape effective campaign strategies.
2. Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, ROAS) to extract actionable insights and refine strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and engagement.
3. Budget Management
- Plan, allocate, and monitor budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient spend and optimal ROI.
- Adjust budget allocation dynamically based on performance trends.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
- Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad visuals and copy.
- Work closely with content teams to align landing page content with campaign objectives for better conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis frameworks are in place.
5. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay up-to-date on performance marketing trends, industry tools, and competitive landscapes.
- Research and identify opportunities for innovative campaign strategies that deliver a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in using tools like Google Analytics and Excel for data-driven decision-making.
Desirable Skills & Certifications:
- Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a strong plus.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- A knack for storytelling through data, presenting insights in a clear and impactful manner.
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and client interactions.
