Founded in 2013, LIKELION is now one of the leading Edtech companies in Korea. • Develop and deliver an intensive curriculum covering Java, Spring, Spring Boot, databases, testing, and related backend technologies.
• Conduct lectures, hands-on coding exercises, and interactive workshops.
• Design course materials, assignments, and assessments to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance, review student code, and offer constructive feedback.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning challenges, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Mentor students in their career paths, helping them prepare for technical interviews.
• Stay up-to-date on Java backend best practices and industry trends.
  

• 3+ years of experience building backend systems/APIs with Java and Spring Boot.
• 1+ years of teaching experience in programming or technical training.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and database design/SQL.
• Proficient with testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and Docker containers.
• Strong communication and teaching skills with the ability to engage students.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding future backend developers.
