Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Integrate and work with Kafka for event-driven systems.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate clearly in English during team discussions and when working with stakeholders.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, and frontend teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Azure.
• Solid Experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with microservices development and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Good English communication skills (both spoken and written) to work in a collaborative team and interact with clients.
