Job Description: We are looking for a skilled backend developer, to oversee and manage the development and implementation of automation solutions and integrations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of working with APIs, webhooks, and understanding of existing integration tools like Zapier, make.com is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of automation solutions and integrations with various third-party platforms. Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and manage API integrations and ensure seamless communication between platforms. Ensure the smooth implementation of webhooks for real-time data synchronization. Collaborate with teams to develop automated workflows, ensuring optimized performance and efficiency. Oversee integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and functionality. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Troubleshoot and resolve integration and automation issues. Ensure best practices for API security, authentication, and authorization are followed. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in automation and integration. Required Skills and Experience: 2+ years of experience in backend development, API integration, or related technical fields. Proven expertise in working with HTTP requests and responses, headers, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. Proficiency in utilizing webhooks for real-time data synchronization between platforms. Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to technical challenges. Ability to manage and lead a team of integration specialists. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Working experience with existing automation and integration tools like make.com and Zapier. Experience with CRM systems (Monday, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Familiarity with additional automation platforms such as Integromat or Tray.io. Experience in Agile development environments.
