AVS Solution Architect

Contract: 12 months

Location: Remote – Candidates must be based in Poland, Netherlands, Germany, or France

Language: French (mandatory)

Experience Required:

• 12+ years in IT
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Azure VMware Solution (AVS)
• 5+ years of experience with VMware vSphere, Azure cloud deployments, and cloud migrations

Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead complex infrastructure deployments and migrations from on-premises VMware to AVS
• Collaborate with program managers, service delivery teams, and customer stakeholders to define requirements and strategy
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Azure, AVS, and VMware technologies
• Produce solution documents, training materials, and contribute to technical communities

Technical Requirements:

• Expertise in Azure VMware Solution, VMware vSphere 6.0+, VMware NSX-T, VMware vSAN, VMware HCX
• Experience with Azure ExpressRoute, Azure VPN, Virtual WAN, Azure Route Server
• Familiarity with security, compliance, high availability, and monitoring practices
• Strong background in datacenter networking (Layer 2 and Layer 3) and cloud infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with VMware SRM, vRNI, vROps, vRLI, VMware Cloud Director
• Knowledge of Azure NetApp Files, Azure Disk Pools, and Azure monitoring/security tools
• Experience working with enterprise customers on Azure projects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
