Job Description: Accenture Federal Services is seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer to oversee a team of engineers in automating the deployment of mission workloads and cloud resources using modern infrastructure-as-code and scripting tools. This role includes managing task boards, assigning responsibilities, and driving the successful delivery of cloud solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure high-quality outcomes. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and a focus on efficiency and collaboration are essential for success in this position. The Work: * Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance * Oversee the deployment, management, and maintenance of mission workloads across various fabrics * Develop and maintain clear comprehensive documentation to support the development and delivery of mission workloads and cloud resources * Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of cloud operations with overall mission objectives * Oversee the Implementation of technical changes to supported environments with an automation-forward mindset Here's what you need: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cloud computing, or equivalent experience * 2+ years of Azure experience * 2+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, or related roles * 2+ years in a technical leadership role * Demonstrated experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Bicep) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) * 1 year of experience managing Agile boards, such as Azure DevOps, and leading teams to deliver client focused solutions Bonus points if you have: * Excellent leadership and team management skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Security Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
