Job Title: AWS Cloud Support Engineer – Mid Level
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Position: Full Time

Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for AWS services and cloud-based applications.
- Lead incident resolution and service request fulfilment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Improve and maintain SOPs for AWS cloud operations.
- Monitor and manage AWS services such as EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, Elastic Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, and AWS Lambda.
- Manage and optimize AWS monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Splunk, Datadog).
- Implement AWS networking solutions, including VPC, security groups, and ACLs.
- Support infrastructure automation and deployment using Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes.
- Ensure AWS security best practices and compliance.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud services, including compute, storage, and networking.
- Experience managing AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles and policies.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident tracking and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with AWS networking, security, and automation.
- Experience with at least three of the following: Kubernetes, Harness, Kafka, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Ansible, Terraform.
- Strong foundational skills in cybersecurity, CI/CD methodologies, and AWS cloud operations.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, multi-cultural team environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS Developer, Kubernetes or ITIL is a plus.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and scripting languages like Python.
