Establish operational objectives and work plans for OEM business development strategies and business plans in collaboration with product lines and the Linked Team.
Drive the account and regional plans based on customer engagement, competitive intelligence, and strategic relationships with customers and distributors.
Drive Design-Wins and Design-Ins for existing product lines and new product families. Create product demand in car OEMs.
Drive revenues and increase onsemi contents at car OEMs. Understand key car OEMs’ platform requirements for sensing and powering to align the joint innovations.
Enhance the strategic partnership with customers and well establish onsemi's value proposition. Required Skills 1. 5+ years of sales and/or business development experience (Automotive related experience required).
Proven ability to cooperate in cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
Expertise in devising and executing account/region development strategies.
Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in High Power/ EV Traction/ Power Semiconductors.
Experience in managing Key Customers (EV OEMs preferred).
