We are looking for an Automation tester for one of our clients, a well-known company. Responsibilities: Analyze and review requirements according to testability Develop and maintain test scripts, test data and expected results Derive test conditions and expected results from requirements & user stories Conduct peer review sessions according to the test schedule and benchmark standards Subject matter expert for QA processes and methodologies, provide QA support to all product teams Provide training and coaching in best practices of QA Provide independent testing health check and test maturity assessments for various teams. Perform quality audits on QA processes and maintain compliance to all QA standards and procedures. Monitor and evaluate of QA metrics for product teams Execute test case flows and where necessary create failure reports Review test cases and test data Support test execution Requirements: University degree in information technology or comparable education 5+ years of QA experience 3+ years of QA automation/performance /non-functional testing Experience or working knowledge of JAVA or similar language Experience in test automation/performance/non-functional testing tools: Selenium, TestNG, Maven, SeeTest, Ranorex, Jenkins, Intellij, Xray for Jira, Gatling Good overall testing knowledge. Ability to bring/implement best practices of QA (functional/non-functional) Strong QA skills (good understanding of testing concepts, methodologies and processes, troubleshooting) Cross-device/cross-platform testing experience; End-to-end testing experience Proved testing experience in an organized way (following a testing methodology).
