Job Summary We are currently hiring for technician roles in our Commercial Building Automation Controls department due to growth and opportunities. We have the below positions upcoming or available: Technician (2) Primary Responsibilities: Provide Installation Oversight on Projects Attend manufacturing sales and training meetings (Some out of town travel required) Control Technician Functions Including: Programming and Graphics Project Implementation Functions Including: Oversight of the Implementation of the control system installation Verification of control system compliance with contract documents Commissioning and field testing. Control Calibration. Resolution of deficient items. Customer Assistance/Technical Assistance Other responsibilities as required to fulfill a complete and functional controls system Skills-Dependent on Specific Role N4 Certification Experience with Niagara Based Controls Proficiency in construction installation methods for Commercial Building Automation projects Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Knowledge of contract procedures related to HVAC work Experience with project scheduling software like Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or others Familiarity with Construction Management tools Understanding of Project Management principles in the context of HVAC projects REA Controls, LLC is a growing dynamic group that has a core business with K-12 Schools as well as expansion into several other market areas to serve existing and new customers.
