The main purpose of this role is to support the establishment and implementation of varying Intelligent Automation (IA) technologies as corporate capability. This includes using product knowledge to help business areas exploit IA and remove manual, labour intensive tasks

Identifying how broader IA can be utilised, where existing technologies are not a clear fit and work with the Automation Consultants to determine how to drive these forward

What you'll be doing:

• Act as an advocate for the adoption of IA across the organisation
• Working with the Automation Consultants, use IA knowledge and experience to help influence business users to deliver the best outcomes
• Apply IA knowledge to ensure delivery of expected standards and expectations and remain up to date with the products to ensure these can be maintained
• Agree prioritisations of workloads across multiple automation disciplines with line manager; ensuring conflicts are escalated in a timely manner
• Demonstrate an understanding of systems and technology practices to bridge the gap between business and technology
• Work with Automation Consultants to prepare teams for automation implementation
• Help bring awareness of new automation techniques and strategies to peers and some leaders

Essential Criteria

• Broad knowledge of all intelligent automation techniques such as automation, Chatbot, NLP, AI and Machine Learning
• Experience of project management and the development lifecycle of automation projects.
• Experience gathering requirements and eliciting business needs to provide solution or technical designs.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders and presenting to groups/supporting workshops.
  
  

Desirable Criteria

• Keep up to date with the industry and market advances in the IA arena
• High levels of learning and obtaining relevant IA certifications and other qualifications required to complete the role to the best standard
