Position Overview
The Audit Manager will oversee the audit process for our clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing valuable insights for improvement. This role involves managing audit teams, coordinating audit activities, and communicating findings to stakeholders to enhance financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion in accordance with the firms audit methodology.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior audit staff, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients and management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards, laws, and regulations.
- Review and analyze financial statements and internal controls to identify risks and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA designation is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit or related field.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
