Job Details

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements, providing guidance and support to team members through extensive expertise.
• Offer process and business improvement recommendations based on a deep understanding of client operations and goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-tier service.
• Collaborate with senior leadership in business development and relationship-building with prospective clients.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff, contributing to their development and performance review.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification required
• Diverse industry experience is preferred, but we are happy to speak with industry specialists as well
