As Associate Program Manager at the Crio, you will work directly with functions leaders to own and drive business planning, key projects delivery, execution rhtyms and special projects.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Driving the business planning, execution rhtyms across teams
• Driving special projects cross functionally where you will be involved right from identifying key problems, setting priorities, brainstorming solutions and driving implementations across teams.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel is a must.

What will you do?

• Understand the business, market and customers deeply
• Develop deep understanding about the offering and market for technology learning product
• Develop deep understanding about our customer base, business processes
• Work on key impactful projects like improving learning outcomes and interview cracking rate
• Driving the business planning, execution rhtyms across teams
• Work with the function leaders in setting up operating rhythms for planning and execution
• Work on building metrics and dashboards for all functional areas with weekly/monthly reviews
• Driving special projects
• Work with function leaders in identifying key problems, setting priorities
• Brainstorming solutions, coming up with the plan and driving implementations across teams
• Manage project schedules, remove roadblocks and drive it them to completion to deliver the impact
• You will also be required to constantly think about radically new opportunities that can slingshot the company to the next strata
