Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across regions, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Target Achievement: Own top-line revenue targets and drive initiatives to increase sales volume and market share.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new markets, channels, and partnership opportunities to scale business reach.
  • Process Optimization: Establish and streamline sales processes, pipeline management, and performance tracking systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to align go-to-market efforts.
  • Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and enterprise accounts.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, forecasts, and key trends.


Requirements

  • 2–6 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Experience in leading large sales teams, preferably across multiple geographies.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Suite.
