Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our product team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development and marketing, from ideation to launch, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and user needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in user testing and gather feedback to inform product improvements.
• Monitor product performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
• Help maintain product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and release notes.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate product updates and gather insights.
• Support product marketing efforts, including crafting documentation and delivering product demos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Passion for technology and user-centric design.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and user research methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with AI rapid prototyping and development tools such as Replit, enabling quick iteration and testing of product ideas.
