About the Internship

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Intern, Associate Product Manager join our team for the summer term. You’ll support the Product team in delivering an exceptional user experience across our suite of technology products – including our flagship platform, Upsiide. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on product experience at a company that blends technology, design, and research to help global brands make smarter decisions.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life, shape our roadmap, and learn what it means to build and scale a successful SaaS product.


Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and other Business Stakeholders to plan and execute product sprints.
  • Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog — including writing user stories, grooming tasks, and supporting sprint ceremonies.
  • Participate in discovery activities to validate ideas, frame potential features, and assess customer needs.
  • Use product analytics and user feedback to uncover insights that influence product direction.
  • Assist in collecting and synthesizing client feedback, helping translate it into product requirements and ideas.
  • Help document product features and support internal teams in understanding new capabilities.
  • Work in an agile environment and support the day-to-day execution of product initiatives.

Experience, Skills, and Requirements:

  • A passion for technology and interest in product management or software development.
  • Experience (academic or professional) working in cross-functional teams — especially with engineering, design, or analytics.
  • Basic understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics is a plus.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn by doing.
