Where you’ll work:
This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three days per week. This position is located in San Francisco, CA.
About the Rotational APM Program:
We are a customer and engineering driven product organization. This one-year rotational program is designed to develop product leaders by giving you hands-on experience across different areas of the business. You’ll rotate through three key teams—Product Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Management—each offering a unique perspective on how we build and improve ManageXR.
By the end of the program, you'll have a deep understanding of our product, customers, and company strategy, equipping you with the skills to drive impactful product initiatives.
Year 1 Rotations:
📌 Rotation 1: Product Engineering (Get hands-on with our product)
- Work alongside our engineers to understand how our platform works from the ground up.
- Gain technical knowledge and learn how product decisions translate into code.
- Engineer new features and internal tools.
📌 Rotation 2: Customer Success (Understand customer pain points firsthand)
- Work directly with customers to support them and uncover unmet needs.
- Use your engineering chops to solve small customer issues immediately.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify future product opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Help Center resources.
📌 Rotation 3: Product Management (Drive an initiative from idea to launch)
- Lead a product initiative based on insights gained during the Customer Success rotation.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing to bring your idea to life.
- Define success metrics and iterate based on user feedback.
At the end of the year-long program to kickstart your product leadership at ManageXR, you will continue on as a Product Manager.

- A background in engineering and human-centered design. You’re interested in not just what we will build, but how we will do it. You have strong design fundamentals.
- Great product sense. You seek understanding, leverage qualitative and quantitative signals to inform decisions, have business savvy, and collaborate effectively on solutions
- Comfort picking up new tools quickly- anything from constructing killer email templates to building SQL dashboards sounds like fun
- An owner’s mindset. You’re a self-starter who intuitively seeks opportunities to improve our product, processes, and teamwork
- Strong leadership and communication skills that help you on teams
