About the Role

We’re looking for a super eager Associate Product Manager to join our fast-growing team! This role is perfect for those with up to 3 years of working experience who are ready to dive into product management. You’ll work closely with our engineering, design, and sales teams to build amazing AI-powered products, while learning the ins and outs of product management from the ground up.

No PM experience? No problem—we’ll teach you everything! 🧑‍🏫

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate on Product Strategy: Work with the team to shape and execute Redcar’s product roadmap.
• Feature Development: Help develop and prioritize new product features based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Customer Insights: Get hands-on with customer data to uncover pain points and find opportunities for improvement.
• Creative Problem Solving: Be the go-to for solving customer challenges in real-time.
• Onboarding & Client Syncs: Help onboard new customers and keep them happy with regular check-ins.
• Revenue Growth: Work with the sales and customer success teams to find ways to grow revenue through product enhancements.
• Metrics Tracking: Keep an eye on key product metrics to drive future product decisions.
