Associate Manager - Learning and Development | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt
Role Summary
The Associate Manager - Learning and Development is responsible supporting the business growth through developing skills of the existing employees. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the Learning and Development Manager in executing relevant initiatives as per the required standards.
ROLE PROFILE
Support the analysis of training needs for the different business unit based on the performance assessment and help develop a training strategy and calendar
Research effective training methods appropriate for the situation when delivering training
Develop and communicate the training calendar to the business units
Develop reports on service providers corresponding to the company needs
Plan, develop and provide training and staff development programs
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational material
Follow up on the feedback of trainings
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
4+ years of HR experience, with 3 years focused on Learning & Development and training delivery.
Training experience is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft office tools.
Excellent Presentation skills.
Analytical skills.
