Job Purpose

Associate L&D Manager manages regional training, implements the LMS platform, and ensures budget-aligned objectives are met. Also, he/she will collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, execute plans, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Organization Development, or any relevant field.
• Learning & Development Certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of instructional design Principles and Designing learning journey as well as training evaluation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs/Tracks.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Influential and collaboration Skills.

Experience

• 8+ of relevant Experience.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Experience in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the development and roll out of MAGRABi iGrow Learning Tracks.
• Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies that support employee growth and organizational success.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to identify training needs and priorities across the organization.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives using a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and multimedia.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessment tools, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics, making continuous improvements as necessary.
• Manage the learning and development budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
