About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for Business Operations vertical to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects across the Lending & Insurance business.

The Program Manager for Business Operations will collaborate with cross-functional teams like Business, Product, Automation, Analytics , & Compliance to ensure the successful delivery of operational initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organization

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and refine program objectives, strategies and program planning - implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals
• Identify and drive automation of processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Lead project executions, monitoring project progress, identifying and solving potential issues
• Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-deliver
• Ensure that projects meet quality standards and best practices to deliver excellence
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project and operational performance.

Skills Required :

• Business first thinking
• Highly analytical and data-driven
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills as this role will be highly collaborative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter
• Takes initiative and can think of new ways to approach a problem
• Graduation from top IIT and between 3-6 years of experience would be great, but not mandatory
• MBA from top 4 B schools with up to 3 years of experience
