Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking an Associate Internal Auditor who will work within a team and on occasion as an individual contributor on routine audit assignments testing internal controls and ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This position will focus on performing audit assurance activities with an emphasis on operational and compliance activities relating to Payment Processing (e.g. Wires), Fraud Operations and Investigations, and Treasury Cash Management Products and Services.

Requirements

• B.A/B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university by the time employment commences
• 3-6 years of experience
• Strong awareness of relevant regulations, risk frameworks, and standards a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Understanding of internal audit principles, methodologies, and standards
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
