Who you are


The Associate Customer Delivery Consultant (CDC) is a foundational role within the Professional Services team, responsible for the back-end configuration of the Humanforce platform to support customer implementations. Working closely with Senior Consultants, this role plays a critical part in translating customer requirements into technical configurations and supports system testing and defect resolution.


What you will do


System Configuration & Implementation


  • Execute system configuration tasks according to the design provided by senior consultants.
  • Participate in internal reviews of implementation scope and requirements.
  • Conduct unit testing and support defect resolution during the UAT cycle.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and changes.
  • Collaborate with integrations and engineering teams to support seamless deployment.


Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by troubleshooting issues, correcting configurations, and revalidating outcomes.
  • Participate in system readiness assessments to ensure quality standards are met before go-live.


Knowledge Development & Training Preparation

  • Develop deep expertise in the Humanforce platform, especially in how product features can be configured to meet customer needs.
  • Gain understanding of customer requirements gathering, UAT facilitation, and training delivery.
  • Support the design of internal enablement resources to scale configuration knowledge.


Collaboration & Career Pathway Support

  • Work under the guidance of senior consultants, taking on increasing ownership of tasks over time.
  • Prepare to transition into a customer-facing consultant role by learning project coordination, stakeholder communication, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Participate in the reverse-shadowing program during the final quarter of the associate tenure to build frontline consulting experience.


What you'll need


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in any of the following areas: onboarding, business analysis, project coordination, consulting, or system administration.
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms or enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, Payroll, HCM) preferred.
  • Familiarity with workflows, business process mapping, and data handling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and understanding system integrations at a high level.
  • Self-starter with the ability to juggle priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
  • High learning agility and eagerness to develop a career in implementation consulting.
