We are looking for an organized, motivated, and skilled candidate who can handle the pressure of the fast pace working environment of the California Conservation Corps (CCC).
Under the direction of the District Director for the Sacramento Service District, and the guidelines of the Corpsmember Development Unit, the Career Pathways & Transition Coordinator will work to place young adult members of the CCC in post-Corps employment, training, or educational opportunities.
Working closely with other CCC staff, the Transition Navigator will develop and implement programs as outlined and participate in statewide program development to ensure consistency of implementation across CCC locations. Evening work, at least one day per week, is required.

Working Conditions
Depending on who is hired this position may report to either the CCC Sacramento Center at 570 Bercut Drive, Sacramento CA 95811 or the CCC Solano Resource Center at 1010 Chadbourne Rd, Fairfield, CA 94534. Free Parking at both locations. This position is classified as “Hybrid” and is currently eligible for up to one day of telework per week, with a minimum of four days of in-office work

Career Consultation
California Conservation Corps is excited to take part in the first agency-wide collaborative physical career center. The career center is located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento in the brand new CNRA headquarters building. Services provided include one-on-one career consultations, application/resume review, career guidance, mock interviews, and tips for applying.
Days: Open every Tuesday and Thursday (except state holidays)
