Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

• Working closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal to ensure the quick and efficient sign up of new merchants
• Identifying merchant needs and forging strong relationships
• Providing a first‑class level of service to merchants throughout their onboarding journey with Checkout
• Sharing best practices, key business insights, and industry trends
• Providing data and guides to help the Sales Team and to ensure required documents are properly constructed
• Managing sales tracking tools and providing reports
• Ensuring data on Salesforce is correct and up to date
• Connecting and collaborating with various teams at Checkout.com to ensure process improvements and timely resolutions
• Maintaining a flexible and proactive work environment to manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

About You:

• Fluency in English & Mandarin
• 1-4 years experience in finance, payments or tech role
• A desire to grow and improve your existing skill set
• A strategic problem solver with excellent project management skills
• Tech‑savvy, with a real passion for Technology
• Quick learner to grasp Checkout.com’s product and value proposition
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi‑task
• Aptitude to shift tasks and priorities as and when the circumstances change
• Confident communicator
• Previous experience with Salesforce will be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
