Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Video Content Designer to join our marketing team. This role is crucial in creating engaging video content for our business marketing efforts, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing compelling storylines, generating persuasive copy, and utilizing basic post-production skills to produce video content that support business drive engagement and sales.
Storyline Design:
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
Develop creative and impactful storylines that effectively communicate product benefits and brand messages.
Ensure consistency and alignment with the company's marketing strategy and brand identity.
Copy Generation:
Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for video scripts and promotional materials.
Tailor writing style to suit different platforms and audience segments.
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and quality.
Post-Production Skills:
Edit/localize video footage to create polished and professional final products suitable for 3M.com website, social media and eCommerce platforms.
Re-edit video pieces with graphics, animations, and sound effects to generate new assets for different business purpose.
Ensure all video content meets technical specifications and quality standards for online distribution.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Rich experience in social media & eCommerce campaigns.
Proven experience in video production for marketing purposes, including storyline design and copywriting.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and narrative techniques tailored for marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Better to have producer experience.
