Position Summary : The Associate Creative Director will work alongside the Creative Director to shepherd projects for Connection Pointe ministries, events, and initiatives from concept to completion, executing the vision of the Creative Director as well as creating concepts, art direction, and designs themselves. Major Responsibilities Work directly with the Creative Director to shape ideas, concepts, and experiences, and implement them into reality. Shepherd projects, campaigns, and environments/experiences through the creative process, ensuring everything is delivered or executed on time, meets our content and quality standards, and is cohesive in matching the overall aesthetic vision and direction. Work with staff and freelance designers, assigning projects, giving direction and feedback, and managing timelines. Be able to jump in and design beautiful and bold print, web, and screen marketing materials for our ministries, events, and campaigns as needed. Work with our marketing team to ensure clarity and engagement in our pieces. Foster working relationships with ministry leaders to bring projects to life. Qualifications A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and committed to being part of the CP family. Experience in art direction and managing campaigns that include multiple coordinating/complementary deliverables. Proficiency in Adobe CC, with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign. An understanding of design principles, specifically with typography and composition. Organized and internally motivated to work with excellence while flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances. Able to graciously receive and apply feedback in the pursuit of excellence. Education & Experience We don't have an artificial "minimum" number of years of experience for this role. We highly favor proven work, tenacity, interest, and cultural match. Must provide a portfolio or examples of work.
