We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing illumend team and build the content engine that drives awareness, engagement, and trust in our newest platform.

About The Role

As the Content Marketing Manager , you will be a key contributor to the go-to-market success of illumend. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing a content strategy that fuels awareness and interest in our new platform. Your mission: create compelling, educational, and strategic content that captures the attention of our target audience and supports our sales and customer success efforts.

You’ll be instrumental in creating a steady cadence of content across channels—blog, video, podcast, webinar, social, email, sales collateral, and more—and will play a critical role in positioning illumend as a fresh, confident, and intelligent solution in the compliance space.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a content engine that generates a consistent pipeline of multimedia assets across the buyer journey.
  • Create and manage a variety of content types: blog posts, explainer videos, short-form social videos, podcasts, webinars, email campaigns, sales collateral, customer stories, and more.
  • Partner closely with marketing leadership to execute on strategic priorities and product messaging.
  • Own the illumend editorial calendar and ensure all content meets brand voice, tone, and positioning.
  • Develop on-demand and live webinar content to educate and engage target audiences.
  • Amplify our voice and expand reach through engaging, high-impact content that resonates with our core audience.
  • Help shape the brand voice of a new product—bringing energy, clarity, and confidence to the way we speak.
  • Analyze content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics and team goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a related field.
  • Experience producing a range of content types, including video, audio, and written formats.
  • Experience supporting new product launches or working in startup-style environments.
  • Strong storytelling and editorial skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and simply.
  • Strategic thinker who’s comfortable taking initiative and owning projects from start to finish.
  • A portfolio that shows your range—content that informs, engages, and converts.
