Summary

The AUM Reporting Associate will play an integral role within the Finance group, contributing to the firm's financial data reporting and analytics functions. The AUM Reporting Team supports all aspects of AUM reporting, collaborating across departments including Corporate Finance, Operations, Fund Admin, Investment Teams, Legal/Compliance, Client Coverage, Marketing, RFP & Technology. This position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of critical reporting processes, partner with stakeholders firm-wide, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of AUM data that drives key business decisions. Responsibilities: * Partner with team members to master key processes related to the firm's reporting of AUM, client flows, and run-rate revenue * Produce timely and accurate reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for stakeholders, including Senior Management, Marketing, RFP, Client Coverage, Investment Teams, and Legal & Compliance * Ensure consistency, timeliness, and accuracy of consolidated AUM-related data across all reporting cycles * Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and other business partners to identify and improve upstream processes that impact critical data elements required for AUM reporting * Respond to ad hoc data requests and provide historical data trends for RFPs and client reporting * Assist with special projects, audits, and regulatory-related reporting and examinations * Work closely with the Technology team to enhance data quality, test system releases, and provide user feedback for continuous improvements * Continuously seek to improve processes, ensure data integrity, and enhance reporting capabilities Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or data analysis, preferably within the asset management or investment advisory industry * Strong understanding of financial data systems, internal controls, and reporting platforms * Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau and OneStream is a plus * Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity * Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams and present data effectively * A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and drive for results Compensation Details The salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
