该职位来源于猎聘 YOUR ROLE As a Assistant Trade Manager, TP, you will be fully responsible for the activities of the TP trade by coordinating allocation management activities within China region and liaising with HO/RO line management and area sales team to contribute to vessel performance. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO In this role, you will be expected to perform professionally by dedicating to below responsibilities:
Shared responsibility to achieve TP overall commercial budget
Coordinate the setup of COA/CSA by Cargo Flow/Line with branches to ensure budget fulfillment
Generate reports to maiximise efficiency for monitoring and tracking Trade performance
Monthly tracking of Trade’s market share development and review vessels profile to identify ways of improvement
Distributes / Guide RO/HO policies, rate guidelines, surcharges, specific procedures etc. to China network
Ensures daily data input tasks required by ARO/Line or Trade are accurately completed
Monitoring the TL and CSA setup of TP vessels ahead to ensure stakeholders are having correct setup to enable smooth bookings uptake
Close tracking of vessel booking situation and raise alert should ESR or FR ratio is causing customers’ experience
Regular tracking of CSA over COA ratio and identify unreasonable ratio levels (>120%) and alert to ARO/Line for remedial actions
Take pre-emptive steps to mitigate big rollovers of any one vessel and escalate accordingly
Develop new reporting methodologies and perspectives in TP to improve visibility of customer segmentation, booking trend and customers’ type per service
Analyze and tracks vessel performance daily to share same with local management, HO&ARO management, areas, and sales manager on weekly basis.
Initiate appropriate actions to maximize vessel filling factor of 95-100%
Coordinate with areas and sales/commercial manager for new business identification
Weekly good follow up of customers’ performance and non-performing/lost customers trend and to accelerate to respective sales or management for actions
Coordinates with Cargo Flow on rollovers, vessel schedule changes and allocation adjustments to ensure minimal impact on Agency performance
Manage Equipment Quota management distribution in Booking Plus for assigned scopes
Constant dialogue with branch offices to understand and take necessary action on booking generation
Conduct / present alternate weekly/regular calls with ARO/HO Line and other tasks assigned by Trade Director -Strictly follow CMA CGM Group and local agency compliance rule. -Be responsible for any other assignments as and when requested by China Trade management, the local Company Management or ARO/HO Management.

Minimum Bachelor Degree, with 10+ years of shipping industry experience.
Sound record within the industry and being familiar with local shipping market with extensive relationship.
Possess management and commercial skills, professional, autonomous with strong ability to drive forward.
Results oriented, analytical, and a great team spirit.
Willing to work under pressure and self-motivated.
Good communication/negotiation/reporting skills
