Management Trainee Program (CEO Program) is the most critical component of Milkyway Group's talent development strategy. It is a forward-looking initiative designed to recruit and cultivate future leaders through a carefully structured series of rotations, comprehensive training, and hands-on potential development, enabling them to take on significant responsibilities and leadership roles in the near future. The program is personally designed and mentored by the Group's Founder and Chairman, with active participation from senior executives such as VPs and business unit general managers. The CEO Program spans 10 years, with direct mentorship from the Chairman. Through phased leadership development camps, you will progress step-by-step from management trainees to potential CEO. Each phase is overseen by the Group VPs and business unit leaders based on actual needs.

In addition to on-the-job mentorship, the Group provides structured training programs such as “Wolf Warrior/Seal Team" and "Scholars/Elites" to accelerate professional and personal growth.
集团将结合管理培训生所处业务板块,委派业务项目和实战任务等,并鼓励其积极参与和组织公司活动。在每一次的项目及活动中锻炼个人业务能力,培养规划、管理和组织方面的能力。
The Group will assign business projects and practical tasks aligned with the trainee’s business sector, while encouraging active involvement in organizing company initiatives. Each project and activity will sharpen professional skills while fostering capabilities in planning, management, and leadership.
任职要求 Requirements:
-具有十足的进取心,并具有极大的热情在全球化工物流行业中发展个人职业道路。
Strong ambition and passion to build a career in the global chemical logistics industry.
-硕士及以上学历,专业不限,物流管理、工商管理、国际经济与贸易、材料及化学类专业优先。
Master degree or above, all majors accepted (preference for Logistics Management, Business Administration, International Economics & Trade, Materials, or Chemistry-related fields).
-出色的中英文听说读写能力,可熟练将英文作为工作语言。
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to use English as a working language.

Demonstrated leadership potential, strong teamwork, outstanding communication skills, and fast learning ability.
