We are looking for an Assistant Technical Manager / Senior Duty Engineer based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As an Assistant Technical Manager, we rely on you to:
Be responsible for operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of all Hotel equipment and facilities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire safety and minor building works
Perform the Maintenance Work Order
Conduct regular testings, inspections and troubleshootings of Hotel electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure the operation are in accordance with acceptable engineering standards to achieve optimum operating efficiency
Conduct inspections on all operating equipment and machineries; and report any abnormalities
Closely monitor the performance of all service maintenance contractors
Distribute repair work orders to appropriate technicians/contractors
Follow-up and check reasons of outstanding repair work orders
Consolidate suggestions for the improvement of the system
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in repairing and maintenance of Hotel equipment and facilities; preferably minimum of 2 years as a Maintenance Supervisor
Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker A
Experience in the Hotel Industry would be an advantage
Knowledge in Hotel equipment and facilities preventive maintenance
Knowledge in fire safety
Knowledge in Hotel operations
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Duty Engineer
