Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) Location: Malappuram, Kozhikode, Kannur,Kasargod Employment Type: Full-time *Male candidates only Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee sales operations in Malappuram, Kozhikode, and Kannur,Kasargod. The ASM will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor networks, and ensuring strong brand presence in key retail outlets. Candidates with prior experience in FMCG sales, particularly in frozen foods, dairy, or ice cream products, are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets. Identify, onboard, and manage distributors to ensure optimal market reach. Lead, train, and motivate Sales Executives to enhance productivity and market penetration. Build and nurture relationships with key retailers and modern trade partners. Monitor stock levels at distributor and retailer points to maintain seamless operations. Conduct market visits to assess product placement, visibility, and competitor activities. Plan and execute local promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness. Analyze sales performance data and generate reports for management review. Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and compliance standards. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to drive business growth. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in FMCG sales, preferably in frozen foods, ice creams, or dairy products. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyze sales data and generate performance reports. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to drive business success.
