Responsibilities:

• Prime role is to plan, manage, and execution of railway project
• Responsible for project performance KPI
• Perform risk, claim, and contract management throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Support tender bidding process in technical and financial aspects
• Coordinate with clients, oversea team members, and sub-contractors to ensure all activities are executed properly, timely and efficiently
• Manage internal and external customers relationships
  
  

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• Relevant Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical / Electronic Engineering/Control and/or Computer Science
• At least 10 years' working experience of which 3 years should be in railway projects
• Experience in a large variety of technical projects is an advantage
• Excellent communications skills in written and speaking of English and Cantonese
• Able to work in complex environment, overtime and under pressure
• Must have a commercial contract knowledge and customer service mindset
• Proficient in project planning and budget control
• Familiar with railway operation and maintenance in technical and safety requirement aspects
