Responsibilities : - Accompany with Cost Manager to represent the Company in tender Interviews ; - Liaise with Clients, Sub-contractors, consultants, designers and team members about construction details and all site matters to achieve high quality standard and effectiveness ; - To solve any problems may encounter throughout the whole project period ; - To accomplish projects within budget and deadline ; - Ensuring the materials, project details and workflow are complied with QA / Safety / Environment Policy as well as Condition of Contract Requirements : - 3-5yrs Interior Fit-out Management Experience is Must ; - Experience in Luxury Retail Project and Facade Project are Preferred ; - Travelling and Periodically stay oversea or mainland china ; - Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD Benefit : - Performance bonus - 10 days paid annual leave - Paid sick leave - Birthday leave (once a year) - Maternity leave - MPF 工作類型: 全職 薪酬： $18,000.00至$23,000.00（每月）
