Our client is a large commercial listed company. To cope with their business expansion, they are currently hiring a HRIS Project Lead. You will participate end to end HRIS global implementation project.
Job Description
Lead the regional HRIS initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all locations.
Lead the team to customize system settings, workflows, and interfaces to align with HR policies and processes
Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process, performing necessary data cleansing and validation
Conduct UAT to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and user experience
Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting system issues, answering inquiries, and guiding users on system navigation and best practices
Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor Degree in HR or related field
Minimum 6 years of working experience, preferably in HR system
Experience in full implementation of SAP SuccessFactors/ Workday/Oracle/ Peoplesoft
Proven experience in HRIS management with a focus on global operations.
Background in consulting is highly preferred.
Good knowledge in HR Processes and HR Data
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Pro-active, attentive to details, good team player and good problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
