About Our Client

• Our client is a large commercial listed company. To cope with their business expansion, they are currently hiring a HRIS Project Lead. You will participate end to end HRIS global implementation project.
  
  
  

Job Description

• Lead the regional HRIS initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all locations.
• Lead the team to customize system settings, workflows, and interfaces to align with HR policies and processes
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process, performing necessary data cleansing and validation
• Conduct UAT to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and user experience
• Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting system issues, answering inquiries, and guiding users on system navigation and best practices
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor Degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 6 years of working experience, preferably in HR system
• Experience in full implementation of SAP SuccessFactors/ Workday/Oracle/ Peoplesoft
• Proven experience in HRIS management with a focus on global operations.
• Background in consulting is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge in HR Processes and HR Data
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Pro-active, attentive to details, good team player and good problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
