Job Summary

Construction Assistant Project Manager opening in Atlanta, GA. Assistant Project Managers support Project Managers and oversee industrial construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. | 3+ years of experience in construction project management with large commercial or industrial projects. | Proficiency in PM software such as Procore, MS Project, etc.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and coordination. Assist with developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitors progress. Communicates with stakeholders (engineers, subcontractors, architects)
• Prepares and distributes project reports, meeting minutes, etc.
• Assists with management of project resources - labor, materials, and equipment.
• Tracks and reports project costs
• Conducts site visits
